Second day in two or two weeks vacation, my daughter broke her ankle. Did not know that place like this that is urgent care for this specific type of emergency. PA Shaylee (sp?) was amazing and the rest of the staff. They really are kind and care. Had an exam, X-rays, and a boot and so reasonable. Highly recommended!
I had a very positive experience here yesterday. I had slipped in the rain and had suspected that I broke my toe and needed some support with walking. Urgent care sent me here. It was pretty busy when I got there and x rays were taken pretty quickly but I did have to wait quite a while for the doctor. However, I came with no appointment and it was busy so I expected to wait. All of the office staff was kind and professional. The doctor was amazing and actually was able to put in a referral for PT for another problem I’ve been having. That referral took less than 24 hours! I was seen recently for excruciating pain in my left hand... everyone from reception to xray and consult were so attentive, helpful and organized. Michelle at reception is so courteous and caring, Jenna and the xray tech are very professional and pleasant. Shaylee gave me a complete understanding of issues she had seen with my xray and made suggestions as to how she could help to alleviate the pain. I highly recommend this office. Wasn't my first visit and Im so glad they are there!!
