“During this recent Kona Low -John took time out of his busy day to assess the safety of large trees close to our homes. He was quick to respond, very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. The level of care he brings to his tree service is truly impressive!!“

“This company is great. David (the owner?) came to my house the same day I called. He confirmed what I suspected for a long time and hoped it wasn't true: that my very big tree was dead. Unfortunately, I was going on a 2 wk trip the next day. I didn't want thoughts of liability of this dead tree on my brain during my trip. Fortunately, David said he could get a crew in, possibly that afternoon, to do the job. The estimate was reasonable. It turned out they couldn't cut down the tree until a day or two later but it was fast enough for me. They were very professional and left me with a nice pile of mulch to use on my garden. The other competitor didn't call me back until about 2 days later.“
