Excellent service all around. Our dog needed emergency services. From start to finish we felt welcome, everything was explained to us in detail and our dog is doing great! No crazy overcharges either. Mahalo ?!

My dog had been sick for some time and I knew his time was coming. My husband and I had previously discussed we would do his cremation with Makawao Vet. Well my dog passed away at home this morning and we instantly knew where we were going. I work in the Veterinary field for another clinic so I know the standard of care one would expect to receive but I was blown away. When we arrived, Megan greeted us at the door and immediately asked if we needed help to bring him in. Love this vet!! They are so compassionate and work with you. I appreciate how they bring out an itemized receipt before the treatment for you to approve or request changes to. The emergency fee is reasonable and they get you in quickly. I have only had wonderful interactions with the caring staff and doctors here. Thank you!!!
