At this point, we can’t even dream of going to another jeweler (we went direct), as the two of them are so kind, thoughtful, and eager to hear our feedback on material. I recently lost my band and had to have a new one made. In doing so, came upon another one of their wonderful creations and ordered that as well. We’ve sat in their kitchen and on their deck twice now to review the bands and to size appropriately. I just don’t think you get that kind of service elsewhere. The quality is just stunning.
