What an amazing blessing to have such a world-class genius healer on our sweet little island! I’d been stuck in a plateau for years trying to heal chronic pain... I needed to strengthen my body to get out of an inflammation cycle but I would hurt myself trying to be active because my joints had healed from a past injury all wonky and mis-aligned.I would call this studio post-physical therapy. I actually cried during my first session with Kazuko because this is what I was looking for for years. It’s an interdisciplinary and systems-oriented approach to physical healing, I’m getting massaged right in the middle of an exercise to teach the proper muscles to relax... read full review
