I recently let my hair grow out, so I only had a vague idea of what I wanted. My stylist talked to me for a minute or two and then started cutting. She checked in with me frequently to let me know what she was doing and ask if it was ok. She somehow figured out what I wanted even though I didn't know and 2 days later I am even more happy with my cut.
I did have to wait for quite awhile even with an appointment but once I got into the chair, Carly did an amazing job. She made sure to know what I was looking for and the scalp massage while getting my hair washed was out of this world. Definitely going back!
