I reached out to several plumbing companies to get whole house water shutoff installed due to insurance requirement. Out of many that I reached out, only NFR plumbing sent out an actual person on the same day to take a look at what’s needed and to give an estimate. Cameron was the tech who showed up. He provided me 4-6 hours estimate of work needed and gave a few suggestions on how we can do this. He gave me thorough explanation and listened to what I wanted to accomplish and up level that to something that’s even cleaner and better.

We received a few bids to have our 20+ year old solar water heater to be replaced with a regular water heater tank. NFR was really responsive with a SOW and quote and I had the opportunity to speak with Charissa at the office who helped answer several questions. They were able to fit me in almost right away and had sent two gentlemen, Yoshi and Colt, who were both polite and efficient at completing the job. Prices were fair and I am happy with their work. I’d definitely utilize their services again! FYI, they are also Home Depot’s sub-contractor.
Unlike other plumbers on island, Charissa, the office manager, responded quickly to my message for help with installation of a new gas line. The plumber, Nigel Ramos, was very professional and agree with what had to be done. Job was completed quickly and at a reasonable price, especially when compared to my previous quote. Now I finally have enough gas flow to fully run my tankless hot water heater. After dealing with this problem for more than a year, I thank Nigel for his help and would fully recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services.
