Feels a bit strange reviewing an Urgent Care facility (right after reviewing something as important as pizza)....but I thought they were phenomenal. It took me awhile (hour?) to get in, but it was also right in the middle of the day, and that seems quite out of their control (also, they told me it would be an hour when I checked in, so...). But once I was in, I was seen by the doctor quickly, and then had a pretty big battery of tests ordered just to rule stuff out. I was worried about how long this would take, but was quickly/efficiently handed off from one nurse to another, had a quick follow-up with the doctor, and was out the door with a (much needed) prescription...read full review

My husband received excellent care from Dr. Elliot, who was genuinely interested and concerned for his well being. We’re grateful to have found this spot when we needed medical attention while on vacation. Thank you.

So I’m just visiting here from Texas and started feeling lousy a couple days ago and so today had a 100.8° temp and my chest felt heavy so I found this urgent care clinic on Google Maps. From the moment I walked with my mask on, everyone was super nice and treated me so well and I didn’t have to wait very long either. The medical assistants were very sweet and capable and Dr. Leonard was so nice and amazing too. I even had a chest X-ray and the X-ray tech was nice too. I run a healthcare business myself and I know how hard it is find knowledgeable and kind staff. I could not recommend the Kauai Urgent Care clinic more highly.
