We had to make an unexpected visit while on vacation after our child sustained an injury. The entire medical team—doctors and nurses alike—was exceptionally professional, compassionate, and efficient.
As Kaiser members, our first instinct was to go to a Kaiser facility, but it was around 6:00 PM and they were already closed for the day. Given the urgency, waiting until the next morning wasn't an option. A quick search brought us to this urgent care center, and finding it was a lucky break.

Came on a Sunday afternoon (around 2 pm) a day after my ankle sprain.
Everyone I came across (front desk, medical assistant, doctor, and radiologist) were so friendly.
I got in quickly and was treated promptly. I got everything I needed - X-rays, meds, and walking boot.

Dr. Horn and his team were amazing. Easy check-in, great care. He took his time and ensured I was taken care of while on a dream vacation that was derailed by an illness. I am very grateful for Dr. Horn, he treated me with care, he was patient and he was very thorough. Because of Dr. Horn I was able to feel well enough to enjoy the rest of my vacation and make it back to the mainland without being miserable! Thank you again for all that you do 10/10 would recommend. The whole team was wonderful.
