Haas David E DVM is a veterinary clinic that has provided quality care for pets in the community for many years. The veterinarian, Dr. Haas, and his wife Barbara are described as an excellent team who genuinely care about the well-being of their patients and clients. While the clinic is generally praised for its professional and friendly service, some clients have reported issues with the support staff being curt, unhelpful, and argumentative when dealing with medication-related problems. Despite these concerns, the clinic is still recommended for its emergency services and the compassionate care provided by Dr. Haas during difficult situations.
Dr Haas is great, however the clinic is under new ownership and support staff is curt not understanding and argumentative. We had a problem with prescribed medication thought we were getting a tropical instead and got pills for a six month supply one pet month but with an expiration date in 4 months. When we called to request the topical to replace the pills the receptionist was either unable to understand our problem or didn't care. After 50 years of using this clinic we are switching. Even having a good vet will not overcome this type of staff. If you are looking for a vet I recommend calling and speaking to front desk before choosing this clinic and I think you will probably go elsewhere
Emergent call on a Sunday and our sick kitty Otis was in great hands. Great bedside manner and care was given to Otis. I'm so glad that an Emergent call number is available when needed.
Dr Hass and his wife Barbara are an excellent team that cares about your pet and your well being as well.I've been going to Dr Hass for years and some visits are just routine friendly professional service.Then there are the traumatic visits with injuries and serious diagnosis that just rip your heart out to hear about your loved one. During these crises the staff work well together to give correct up to date information and a treatment plan that eases your nerves. They Care about you and your loved one.
