Kauai Premier Auto Repair- BMW ERUOSPORT SHOP
“Ryan and Jim were absolutely incredible at Kauai Premier Auto. It’s incredibly hard to find this level of quality, honesty, and customer service.
I called late at night extremely stressed about my engine overheating, and they calmly fit me in the very next day to replace my radiator. Drop-off and pick/up were completely seamless. They were transparent with their estimates, communicative throughout the process, & reasonably priced.
They genuinely went above & beyond. After dealing with other shops on the island where I felt like just another paycheck, Ryan and Jim made me feel genuinely taken care of. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know & driving past every other shop on the island to get to Kauai Premier Auto. Very thankful, they have earned a customer for life! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!”
