Came to Maui on vacation and needed a haircut. Miguel totally hooked it up and gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a while. He took the time to talk me through all of my choices and gave great advice. I would l recommend him to all my friends. Book him!
Needed a haircut while in Maui. Did a quick search on Yelp and found Refined Kulture close to our hotel. I knew as soon as I saw the pictures that this was my place. Walked in without an appointment and got hooked up with Daniel. The place is old school feel but doing excellent work. Daniel did a fantastic job on my haircut (I am particular about my cuts) and chatted the entire time. Super cool dude and will make it a point to go again on my next trip. He even cleaned up my beard. I look damn near respectable after he was done. This place gets my respect and appreciation. Danny, thanks for taking care of this old Vet!
Oddly, I'm a bit particularly with who cuts my hair, and trims my beard. Being on the island longer then my usually cut, I hunted to find a place that I trusted and stumbled across Refined Kulture Studio. Called and spoke to a gentlemen named Daniel and felt comfortable enough with him to make the trip over. Got there, checked in and was seated in no time. Not only was he quick with the tools, he was one of the friendliest people I've met on the island. He spoke highly of this family, which was unusual in a barber setting, but amazingly sweet. Walked away with one of the best cuts I've had in years, with a beard at the perfect length and shape. Highly recommend... read full review
