My sister in law and I had a wonderful duet with Denise while on vacation in Maui! Denise was an excellent instructor with great cueing, she had us sweating and stretching with a great variety of exercises for a full body class. The studio is easy to find, clean, and the perfect atmosphere for a pilates class. Can’t wait to come back in the future!

I visited Pure Pilates two days after traveling 14 hours from DC. I had some hip pain after that flight so I shared that during my consult. She focused on that during my lesson and I’m happy to report that it cured my hip pain. I flew back home yesterday and my hip still doesn’t hurt! Even though we were working with and around a painful area, I still felt like I got a good and challenging workout in. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating to everyone’s experience level and needs. I highly recommend and I will absolutely be back the next time I visit Maui! We were visiting Maui and wanted to continue our Pilates practice. Denise quickly assessed our experience and needs and provided an excellent workout for my wife and I. Great knowledge and quality equipment.
