If I could give a 6-star to Moku Builders and Jeff Cocker I would. They redid the entirety wall to wall, floor to ceiling of our Kapalua Golf Villa in 2018 and it is still magnificent today - and yes, it is in a rental program. Stunning work, incredibly organized and proficient, super attention to detail, amazing person to work with. You absolutely must consider them.
We used Moku Builders for a complete 1 bedroom 2 bath Condo remodel. They were very good to work with. The final results were just what we wanted - WONDERFUL. Jeff kept us informed and sent pictures on a weekly basis. Highly recommend.
We live on the mainland and we purchased a condominium on Maui. We called Jeff Cocker at Moku Builders and contracted with him to do a remodel of our unit. Since we live on the mainland, Jeff handled the entire project for us remotely. He would send us drawings and photos on a regular basis of all the work as he was progressing.
