    The clinic was responsive and it was easy to book the appointment. The negative was having to wait 40 minutes before being called back to a room. I understand more urgent needs will jump the line. The staff was friendly and professional. Doctor was friendly, personable, and genuinely cared about me. I would highly recommend using this clinic for your unexpected needs.

    They fitted me at 4 o’clock and were very nice and accommodating. Staff was friendly and medical office was clean and neat. I felt better almost immediately upon my visit.

    I was incredibly impressed with PA Heidi and the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism.

    While I was waiting, I witnessed another patient come in with a scraped hand after they had stopped accepting patients. One of the nurses still took the time to assess the injury, clean it, provide antiseptic, and encourage her to go to the emergency room for further evaluation. They didn’t even charge her. That level of compassion really stood out to me.
