Pre-Lahaina devastation last spring we contacted Mark to replace the 20-plus year-old tile countertops in our Napili Point dressing areas. The previous year, we selected granite at Hawaiian Ceramic Tile and luckily made three choices (and took photos). It took a year to find a local contractor who would commit to the job. Mark was the man for the job. He kept in touch during the summer as he worked around our schedule. In September, he got the work done. MDL Building did a complete overhaul on my office. Mark the owner is great! He has a good eye for design as well. We plan to hire him again for our kitchen remodel he gave me a lot of good ideas.

I have had the pleasure to work with Mark and his associates several times on my home remodels in Maui. He is a one stop type of business where he deals with the extra headaches. He is a one on one type of business where a hand shake still means something. He never try’s to keep penny pinching you. He is a professional contractor with years of experience and it shows.
