The worst patient care experience in my life. It's as if the staff hates their jobs and expects you to read your mind about what you are supposed to do. There is no communication with them. They are extremely rude and not helpful at all. You have to expect tourists to come to your office, if you hate your job so much then why are you doing it? Patients deserve better care then how they get treated her. Also, their Covid testing right outside the clinic with all the other patients sitting together outside. (Way to stop the spread of infection) They are testing people right in front of us as we sit here waiting. So the NP refused to see my sick daughter because we would not give her a Covid test first. I know my daughter had bronchitis. I'm in the medical field and I saw how her illness developed. I did not want to put her through testing for Covid if it was unnecessary and all she had to do was listen to her lungs. They wouldn't let her inside the clinic, which was fine, we were told the doctor would see us outside. As I said before, it was crazy hectic outside with all the other stuff they were treating outside. So the NP came out and said she wouldn't be able to evaluate her because it was too noisy outside. She would t even try which is ridiculous. So your telling me if you find a patient outside that needs medical care you won't treat them because of the noise? Isn't that Again's your medical oath? So she refused to treat my daughter. The pushed the Covid test so hard ( they get paid for every COVID test they administer through insurance) so of course that's why they pushed it so far. I needed up taking my daughter to another doctor office down the street. She in fact has bronchitis and he prescribed her antibiotics. Doctors on call was the worst experience I have ever had and I would never send anyone to this facility. Also, we visit Hawaii very often and so does all of my family and friends and they will not be going to this clinic either if they ever need to ( God forbid). I have also told my resort what happened and they said that this was unacceptable would not be recommending this clinic to their customers either. You have all been warned! You've been warned!
