We were not present during the remodel, but Eric kept us informed every step of the way and always had a solution to issues that came up with the remodel. Eric and his crew were amazing and did a fantastic job on our remodel. Eric spent time with us to get a good idea of what we wanted in our scope. He had a great tool, Matterport which allowed us to see our unit as it stood before the project, so that we were all on the same page.
Eric gave us the estimate and the project came in as expected, even with some unexpected issues that were uncovered during the remodel.
Eric was well versed in the paperwork, and process steps required from our management company to make the project run smoothly.
