Eric and his crew did a complete remodel of our condo in the Kapalua Golf Villas. The scope included a new kitchen, bathroom, Lanai tile, flooring, sliding glass doors, as well as lighting and painting. We greatly appreciated the amount of time Eric spent with us on the front end of the project talking through the scope of work and addressing any thoughts/concerns we had. Eric really understands that communication is key, especially to owners who are not on-island during the project! The project was largely completed within the timeline and completed on budget with a few scope changes along the way. Eric is awesome with the details. Our project finished near budget (overages causes by change orders) and virtually on-time. Estimates will likely feel high, but they are on target with the availability of supplies and labor on the island.
