Extremely frustrated. Booked an appointment for a perm and a cut and the staff never showed. Drove 1 hour out to the salon and it was closed when I got there. I even received a text reminder the same day confirming my appointment. Yet to my surprise the place was closed when I arrived. It was extremely unprofessional.

Worst hair cut I ever had. Her fades was horrible that she left several spots not even clean that I had to go home n fix. Lady looked like she didn't care n was in a rush. Asked for aa side comb style turned into an undercut frm hell. Never again n will not recomend to any of my friends and family. AlohaServices: Hairstyling

Aurora, the owner of Beyond Beauty in Lahaina Town is very unprofessional. She made a mistake on my micro blading eyeliner, and refused to correct her mistake. (At first she did not want to admit her mistake, yet when she finally did admit her mistake…she wanted to re-charge me $150 to correct it).I reminded her that when she did the eyeliner tattoo she told me to wait about six weeks to heal, and if I needed to come in for a touch up to let her know.
