Kathy runs a top notch studio. Every safety precaution imaginable has been taken by her to insure her clients’ health & well being. I am a NYC Contact Tracer trained and well educated about everything COvid related. I feel 100% safe at this studio using the laser to disinfect my equipment, wearing the face shields with my mask and always getting a great workout! Kathy and her instructors are professional, caring, and awesome! Love u all!

Love my morning Pilates Classes. The outdoor setting is fabulous each station has it’s own fan. Covid Safety measures are in place. It’s a total body workout you feel the next day. I love the 10 & 20 class packages. Pilates is new to me but I am already on my second 10 session package. Gail is Fabulous and keep changing up the 50 minutes.
