Very traditional Ayurveda massage with two synchronized therapists, then a steam in a traditional rosewood steam box. A wonderful authentic experience and very knowledgeable therapists! Highly recommend if you are in to Ayurveda. There is a gorgeous retreat house farther down the road, and the whole place is magical.
