The certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping) practitioner and trauma-informed, licensed massage therapist and bodyworker combines loving presence with world-class technical skill to facilitate profound transformation and relaxation for her clients. Trained in structural integration (Rolfing), Swedish massage, lomi lomi, deep tissue, breathwork, yoga, and other nervous-system based modalities, the practitioner now offers 1:1 sessions for clients who are ready to release old patterns, calm their bodies, and feel truly at home in themselves. I've had the SUPER pleasure of being in a group tapping session with Glo and it was beyond profound. I'd never done any prolonged tapping so this was my first experience. The immediate effects were so noticable and I found that the more my system relaxed, the more I could feel things I'd been stuffing down.
