I've had the SUPER pleasure of being in a group tapping session with Glo and it was beyond profound. I'd never done any prolonged tapping so this was my first experience. The immediate effects were so noticable and I found that the more my system relaxed, the more I could feel things I'd been stuffing down. I even had some deep insights into my own patterns that I will take with me. The way Glo held the space and took deep care of all of us made the entire encounter feel incredibly safe and nourishing.
