The teachers at Metamorphose are all lifelong yogis, and their deep down to earth wisdom comes through. This is a place to go when you want real depth, an inner experience, and to be among friends, which is why most classes are full of local residents. Can’t recommend highly enough!

My wife & I, visiting from CA, took Carolyn's flow class last week. We loved the space & the class itself. There is a heartwarming community in this studio that we were excited to be a part of. Definitely recommend coming here! (They have mats & blocks to borrow, no shower facilities FYI.)

This place is a dream. Visited in March 2020, right before quarantine went into effect. So happy to have taken a class here, from Carolyn herself. Wonderful experience, one of the best yoga classes and instruction I've had in several years of practice. I hope to visit Kauai again soon and stop in Metamorphose.
