This place is a dream. Visited in March 2020, right before quarantine went into effect. So happy to have taken a class here, from Carolyn herself. Wonderful experience, one of the best yoga classes and instruction I've had in several years of practice. I hope to visit Kauai again soon and stop in Metamorphose.

Excellent yoga studio, very welcoming staff and yogis. Carol makes you feel right at home. I visited in February right before everything got crazy. I especially enjoyed the touch, sound bowls and Carol's singing

We attended two sessions with Carolyn and they were exactly what we needed, stretching and a bit of strengthening and some quiet time on the mat. The studio is immaculate and well run. Carolyn is a lovely person and a talented and excellent teacher who accommodates all levels, advanced, (those who are flexible and can do headstands) and beginners.
