Nice facility, and the massage was relaxing. The only drawback for me was that they upsold me on a couples massage instead of the single room massages I had booked earlier. They made it sound like there was no difference in cost. While the difference wasn't that significant, I appreciate being told upfront what I'm paying for. I also don't like that the therapist's tip is called a "service charge" that they also tax. Why are they taxing tips?

Surprised by the poor reviews. This is our favorite resort spa on wailea side ever since grand wailea spa did renovations making it all the worse. Better value when compared to four seasons. Therapist all do a stand up job.

This was the absolute most perfect way to spend my last day in Maui. I called last minute to see if they had any massages available for my husband and I, they did. The lady I spoke to was so nice and took her to time to explain the amenities and took down my info. We were able to use the pool dedicated to the spa and had access to the other amenities like showers, steam room, sauna, lockers, etc. The location is absolutely stunning and everything is super clean. All the staff were so friendly. The massages were amazing and so relaxing.
