What can I say other than that we are 100% satisfied with all of our dealings with this company. Communication was effortless and prompt. Jay responded to every question we had while making the appointment, he arrived on time, was entirely professional, and he worked tirelessly to deliver what he promised. He is extremely knowledgable and thorough. The weather was not the most cooperative (some afternoons showers), but Jay did as much as he could and went out of his way to return the next day to finish the job even though it meant extra work for him. This was October last year, I searched the web, called a few window companies and decided to go with Phantom Detailing Maui. Jay Irving, owner, cleaned my windows, inside and out and what an AWESOME job. Very thorough and so professional. So I decided to detail my 2022 Tacoma this past April and my truck came out looking brand new.
