“My dry, flyaway hair needed help! I chose South Shore Studio purely because there was an appointment available. However, it was overall a very nice experience. Friendly, professional demeanor; warm greeting upon arrival; explanation of the process and decisions being made about the hair cut. Britney was very respectul with an eye for detail: she dried my ears from water, after my shampoo; she asked permission before touching my hair; she asked for my input on how she was cutting. Intimate salon, with three? stations and one wash sink, but everyone looked very happy, and I was very glad there wasn't a bunch of hustle and bustle or noise.
