I called two places here in Kihei when my spa started leaking. I left a message for the repair technician at the shop recommended by the spa manufacturer, and then spoke to Clifford of Done Right Pool Repair.
Clifford agreed to examine my spa within 2 days of taking my call. I had previously removed the access panel to my spa’s pump equipment compartment and pointed out the leak around the junction of the drain pipe. Clifford knelt down onto the cement, peered inside and patiently explained how I could repair the leak myself. Cliff and the team have been simply terrific. We were selling a property, and under the gun to meet contingencies. Our pool repair effort was extensive requiring removal of tile in various places and removing decaying rebar. This turned out to be more extensive than previously thought.Sadly, the fires in Maui caused the supply chain for repair material to be affected, as well as time for resources. Cliff not only volunteered to provide aid to those in Lahaina, he adjusted his schedule to help us meet our obligations.
