I went to Bodies in Motion about five years ago for severe back pain. I had been dealing with on-and-off issues for three years, and one Saturday after pushing too hard in a workout, I ended up stuck on the floor and unable to get up. I called Bodies in Motion, and they got me in right away that Tuesday.

That noted, I was in a great deal of pain and willing to try almost anything. What I discovered and experienced at Bodies in Motion with Dr. Katie was a revelation. Over a series of appointments, Dr. Katie was able to diagnose and treat the source of my pain. In addition, she provided me with methods and movements to deliver self-care moving forward. My preconceptions about physical therapy have been shattered, and I highly recommend this facility.
