Mike from Superior Exterior responded immediately to my email request for a quote to clean and repaint my roof . He came out and took drone pictures and explained what would happen. His email quote was a professional invoice breaking down the cost for each step. The job was delayed because of 2 kona low storms but as soon as weather permitted, the job was done. His crew went above and beyond to keep everything neat. They even use their own compressor so as not to stress our water pump. After the job was done he sent my drone pictures so I could see the roof tops. We have multi level high rooftops which we cannot access. Just want to mahalo Mike and the crew (Hōkū, D, and Seth) for an excellent experience with our roof and exterior painting work. Fair pricing and great service was what we got from Superior Exterior Hawaiʻi. Very detail oriented with the whole job, but especially the roof that had rusting and channels that were not done correctly by the original builder which ruined the fascia board in several places. Mike fixed the rusted areas, rebuilt the roofing channels and facia and now there is no more water dripping even in the heaviest rain. Water just comes out from the downspouts like it should.
