I went in for a trim, and I left with an experience. I’m nervous about writing this review because you, the reader, might read it and, too, decide to see what this place is all about. It’s genuinely just a hole-in-the-wall shop where uncertainty abounds if you just glance at it. I would not have even found it had I not needed to park in the back to get my mail from the local mail and ship. I only needed a quick trim, and it wasn’t apparent that they accepted walk-ins. If I could give this salon 10 stars I would! The entire staff was friendly and kind and when I called they got me in at the last minute for a pedicure and bang trim. The woman who gave me a pedicure gave me the best pedicure I've ever had, and I've had a lot of them! The prices are reasonable, I had an excellent staff experience and everything was lovely from start to finish! Thank you so much to everyone at Jen's Salon and Spa! So glad I found you.

I’m not even finished with my nails and WOW! I went to a place in Hilo and this is not only better price wise but her attention to detail, cleanliness and over all the experience is so positive. I 100% recommendServices: Manicures
