“They have always been amazing. Great customer service, fair prices compared to everyone else in the area (even ones that claimed to be the cheapest, but tried to charge hundreds for things we didn't need), and efficient. I already thought they were awesome, but then when it was time to move off island they were even more amazing! They helped me plan appts accordingly, and they filed my animals paperwork for the airport with individual name tabs (because I have 4 animals). It was very helpful. Thanks for everything!”

“These guys were so extremely helpful and everyone was so nice. I cannot recommend them enough especially for anyone trying to take their pets off island. They made sure my pet had everything we needed to move with us.”

“Recently, my baby, Kiara, developed blood in her stool. One morning, after the problem got worse, I called but they were booked for the day. But they squeezed me in and problem solved. Over many years (3 dogs), they have been professional and efficient--never have I felt that I was kept waiting unnecessarily. And they seem to enjoy working there, which translates to a very friendly staff.”
