Great price, great service, very time efficient and most of all they got all the tough stains out! Nick and his team did an amazing job with every carpeted area in the house! I opted for the high-end gold package for a 3 bedroom and hallway, and it was still half the price from other companies that quoted me.
I would definitely hire Jaden again! He did a fabulous job: Punctual, polite, and fast! The carpets look great. They dried in two hours..Their truck mounted extraction is super powerful. We were given a Senior Citizen discount of 10%!
A HUGE mahalo to Frank and Nick at Ohana Chem Dry! I had a very hard time finding a carpet cleaning company who would even answer the phone, much less provide a reasonable price. These guys were professional, friendly, and prioritized the customer experience from the get go!! I ordered the Premium Package, but it turns out I actually didn’t need all the services included, saving me some money. True Aloha right there! I plan on calling these guys again and referring more of my friends, neighbors, and customers. Mahalo OCD!
