My sister and I really enjoy coming here. It's very clean and organized. They book out fast so you just have to make sure you call in advance to make an appointment.

Went in around 3 . Walk in. I really enjoyed the hostess hospitality when explaining they only had time for one service but I felt very rushed. Hate to say it but this was my first time in a while ever getting to treat myself like this, but it felt like I was just trying to get pushed out of there. I was excited for the massage but the whole time just felt like bare minimum. I don’t know if she was late for something but I felt like that the entire time.

This place use to be ALOT better before they started to have so much turnover with the staff that by the time you needed a fill in for your acrylic nails(which is typically 2-3 weeks) the manicurist who did your nails the last time doesn’t work there anymore!!! You are constantly having to try out a new nail tech each appointment, they don’t want kids in there at all no matter their ages, no matter how many times you call or when you call you more than likely won’t get anyone to ever actually answer the phone, even though you can only schedule an appointment over the phone because the scheduling system on their website doesn’t work going on almost 5 YEARS now!! The manager is the only staff member who hasn’t changed and she’s always trying to do the best she can which I can appreciate because she isn’t just giving up like her staff continue to do to her over and over again. I hope this review only helps to make someone accountable on changing the way they are doing business and treating their clients and potential customers not in any way just to bash anyone or the business if things were a little better and the effort to do better was obvious by the way they acted when you come in my family would go back in a heartbeat, but as of now we can’t do our 3 generations(my grandma, mom, and I) mani pedi day anymore because it stopped being enjoyable with all the frustrations we had to deal with through the whole process

My mom and I go every 6 weeks to get our pedis done! We live this location! They spoil us and treat us like family in the best way possible!!!! From the second we walk in the door until we leave it is an enjoyable day!

Angelica did such an amazing job on my pedicure & manicure. Lasted me almost 2 months ! She paid very close attention to detail & would definitely recommend her !

I do not recommend this shop. They are criminals! They steal and cover up for each other. Short clients on their change, I saw it myself. They add services that were never given to raise prices. For example , adding a charge for nail take off when coming in with natural nails and wanting to get a new GelX set. My nail tech was either very new to doing nails or just bad at her job. I had to call out that my gems were placed crooked, the tech tried to act like she didn’t notice or hear me. So I had to stop her and point it out and ask for her to fix it. She had major attitude. I will never return

I visited this salon for the very first time for a facials with Mia. I highly recommend booking facials with this specialist.
Location: The salon is located behind Olive Garden restaurant and next to Macy's.
Salon & bathroom cleanliness: They were clean, airy, organized, and nicely decorated. There were soaps, paper towels, and TP in the bathroom. There was a separated section with private rooms for facials and waxes. That section was quiet and relaxing.
Staff: Mia was very professional and friendly. I liked that she masked up for my appointment, possessed good listening skill, and was willing to accommodate to my facial needs. I am pregnant, so there are certain skincare procedures and products I cannot undergo or use at the moment. The facial procedure was very relaxing and helped me relieve off some tension. When I finished, my skin was glowy and and super moisturized (I came in with super dry skin). She also gave me a light massage for feet and hands. Aside from Mia, although I did not have much interaction with other staff, they appeared to be friendly and welcoming.

After trying to reach out to management for resolution and getting blocked when I called back AND no response, i regrettably must post this review. The owner/management treats the employees terribly. The employees only get paid if they have customers to serve and don't receive any pay otherwise. The nail tech employees have to purchase and provide their own supplies (even though they are NOT independent workers) AND management ILLEGALLY takes 20% for themselves of any non cash tip paid to the workers, by customers. Additionally there is one front desk girl who was working this past Monday around noon, at the Kapolei store was SUPER snarky and disrespectful and rude as hell. She acted as though she was the boss of the world, and caused a scene in front of all the customers to a poor older lady that came in to give a nail tech a quick hug! She literally yelled at the lady that came in in front of everyone that the nice lady was a safety issue and never welcomed back! I couldn't believe my ears! What a scene for someone coming in for literally 60 seconds for a quick hi and obviously bringing love. I am no longer going to give my business to this place and recommend you stay away as well. You might get yelled at and banned by the front desk girl for being too nice, lol! Someone is getting coals from Santa for being a major grinch!
