If I could give negative stars, I would. We hired Frank for a move out cleaning. Frank showed up on the day of cleaning with only one crew member, and he was clearly unprepared for cleaning a house our size. He proceeded to complain about every single aspect of the job. He was incredibly rude and insulting. We have never encountered someone running a business who was so unprofessional. We fired him and went with another company who did a wonderful, professional job. This other company told us that, contrary to Frank's complaints, the house was, in fact, in quite good condition for a move out cleaning, and they had no problem completing the job. Best price on the island by far for move-out cleaning. Quick responses to all my emails. Said he would let me know if an opening came up due to a cancellation - it did and he emailed me to fit me in! Sent a reminder/confirmation text. Wonderful, spotless cleaning by Frank and Vernon in just over 2 hours (2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment). Very friendly and professional!
