Where are the 10 star ratings?! My father-in-law and I did the home inspection walk through with Kaimi Kawai and it was so thorough and helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond. I was blown away by his attention to detail, all the tips he gave on home maintenance, and how we educated us on the home. He was early, stayed late, sent all the information the NEXT day and answered any questions we had. Truly the best of the best and I cannot recommend enough. Such an amazing experience and would not use anyone else.
Kaimi is top notch. I have used him on 2 different properties and he is by far the best home inspector I have ever worked with. His reports are clear, concise, and very detailed. He goes out of his way to explain any questions you may have and is extremely professional and polite. I would highly recommending using him!
All I have to say is you have to meet Kaimi. Just give him a call over the phone. He is local, professional and experienced. His reports are in depth and he will go above and beyond to get the answers to questions for his clients!
