Action Plumbing is a reliable and professional plumbing company. They respond promptly to requests and can accommodate customers on short notice. The team, including Charles and Nathan, are courteous and respectful, addressing clients as "ma'am" and confirming appointments. They work efficiently, arriving on time and completing jobs within a reasonable time frame. Nathan, in particular, is praised for his expertise in fixing a variety of issues, including toilets and water heaters. He works neatly, has all necessary parts ready, and explains his work. Action Plumbing's pricing is reasonable, and they are recommended for their professionalism and friendliness.
I had them out under a Home Warranty claim and they did all the work I needed. But now that I started using one of the toilets that they fixed, it is not working properly so I can't really use it. I have been trying to contact them for awhile, but all the numbers that I've found for them say leave a message...and their mailbox is full, so I can't leave a message or make contact. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated so that I can reach them and they can come back and fix my toilet properly.
I had placed a request in with American Home Shield to get my two toilets fixed. The very next morning, I was contacted by Charles, from action plumbing. He was the most courteous person that I've ever spoken to in the phone. ( could be his accent or how he'd refer to me as "ma'am" even in texts) He was able to squeeze me into the schedule the same day. Nathan arrived right on the dot of scheduled time. He worked quickly and neatly. He had the replacement parts all ready to go...and he was done within 20minutes.
Nate was AWESOME! He called to confirm appointment the same day and came the next day to fix our water heater! He was on time and fixed it within the hour! He really knows his stuff and I would recommend Action Plumbing to everyone for they are GREAT, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND ON TIME!!!
