Great yoga studio! I was on vacation and went three times on their traveler's pass which also gets you a mat. The instructors were very knowledgeable and professional - I did both bikram and vinyasa. Both classes had music which really kept you going, and I gotta say that I'll miss it from now on at my bikram classes back home. Both instructors were knowledgeable and encouraging. All in all a sweet part of my vacation!

One of the best parts of my trip! Garland is so sweet and the entire community was so warm and welcome. They really know their stuff here and I wished I would have found them earlier one. If you're thinking of going DO IT.

Such a great find. I was visiting a friend and this was down the street. I had taken bikram yoga a few years ago and haven't found anything close. I came into this studio with little expectations and was so grateful to find a teacher who knew the original bikram sequence. It was a true treat.
