“Sanitizing Oahu came to our office and did a disinfection treatment. No one in our office has been sick but just better to have the precaution and peace of mind! They first sprayed a sanitizer and then another product that puts a protective layer on all the surfaces, like desks, walls and ground. They said it was all organic and nontoxic and continues to protect the surfaces for a long time. We couldn't smell any odor after the treatments. Everything smelled clean and sterile. We all feel much safer in the office now. The price was very reasonable for how big our office is. The staff were very professional and courteous. They really know what they are doing. The sprayer makes the work go very fast. Thinking of having them treat my home as well. Would definitely would recommend them.“

“Customer service has brought what would've been an epic yelp rant back from the brink. This was my second time using the maids.Scheduling the cleaning and receiving an estimate was quick, pleasant, and easy. Both individuals I spoke with were knowledgeable, kind, and efficient 5/5The cleaning experience itself wasn't quite as pleasant. I let the cleaners know what my priorities were when they arrived and what they could skip over for the sake of brevity and budget. They politely acknowledged, gathered up their supplies, and began to divide and conquer. Almost immediately I noticed everything I had just said had fallen on deaf ears as they seemed to just break out into a preset routine. I waited a bit then reminded and redirected the cleaners several times to no avail. I was essentially, albeit quite politely, ignored. One cleaner went upstairs and was on the phone for about 30 minutes while simultaneously cleaning my shower and another spent 15min cleaning a new microwave.It was 50min before the cleaning of my #1 priority even began. I had hoped for an hour of cleaning and that delay in getting to the priority felt a little orchestrated. That being said what the maids cleaned, they cleaned well. No one is perfect and they missed a spot here and there but what they did looks good. The cellphone multitasker upstairs actually did some of the best work! The showers look great! 2/5Rife with frustration, I called the office. Customer service can so frequently only add to the nightmare but this couldn't be further from the truth this time around. No recordings, no voicemails, no phone tag. My call was answered right away, my concerns were heard, discussed, validated, and resolved. 5/5All things considered, their customer service saved the day and although I was initially frustrated, I'll likely hire them again for a third cleaning soon.“

I called her and left a VM, I assume because she was busy with a job, and she called me back within a couple of hours. She was able to book me 2 days later and even came by my work to pick up my key, making it really easy for me. She charged half of what another bigger company quoted me.“

“We recommend Claudia and her team highly and completely. Their work is impeccable, thorough and sparkling. When they did my condo windows, it was if there was no glass there. They were that clean! She also recently did a move-in for a house in Manoa for friends of ours. The house had been a rental for many years. They cleaned until everything--screens, windows inside and out, walls, floors, kitchen, bathroom--were perfect. I see that some have remarked that Claudia might run late in getting to you. Allow for that. She will work with you as best she can traveling from one job to another. She and her team are absolutely worth working out the timing.“

“Our house was built in 1949 and came with treasures we had to restore to its original beauty. PWC did. we cannot say enough of their quality of work, demeanor, and professionalism. First the fireplace, one we use from time to time when it's cold in Manoa. Then, there's the copper gutters. Who knew they were going to be so beautiful restored? Here are the photos to prove it. So, if you need this kind of work, no one can do it better. My wife and I highly recommend them.“
