I contacted Koolau Roof Tech to inspect our residential roof and get an assessment of any issues that needed to be addressed before the winter storm season. Kirt Kobashigawa immediately responded to inspect the roof and provided a detailed assessment of services Koolau Roof Tech could provide. He identified areas that needed to be resealed and took care of a portion of our roof that we previously experienced a leak. This was done just in time and withstood the heavy rains of December 2023. Koolau Roof Tech is an excellent roofing company. Since we are in the process of installing solar panels & our asphalt shingle roof is 17 years old, but not quite ready to be replaced. Koolau Tech was the only company that had the answer for our roof, Renuvenation, instead of replacement. None of the others recommended reroofing, but didn't have anything to recommend. We were so fortunate to have found Koolau Toof Tech!!! Our roof is now ready to be installed. The rejuvenation has a 5 year warranty as well!!!
