I had to shut off my power box because it smelt like burnt wire and was generating a lot of heat. So much so that I couldn't touch the box. They responded quickly and given the urgency of the situation I described over the phone they were out quickly. The owner Jon and the electricians were prompt, sympathetic, kind, professional and practiced safety which is one of our own company core values. This could of ended badly for my family and I have peace of mind knowing they spent time and care and double and triple checked everything. I'm grateful for Hawaiian Isle Electric.
