“I have relied on JT for a window AC removal, for installing kitchen cabinets, and for reattaching some electrical boxes. JT is professional, polite, prompt, and takes a great deal of pride in his work and craft. The work shows: I think my kitchen cabinets were more level after a reinstall than before I had to take them down for other renovation work! He was also kind enough to take time to educate me on the work he was doing so that I might be able to do more myself in the future. “He, Mike, came a few minutes before the appointment ready to go. Got setup laid out all the parts and pieces, very organized. I had 3 sheds to put together. It wasn't easy, not a simple shed. Had reinforcement rods for the roof and the walls. There was a shelf that came with it that had a reinforcing rod under it. There were steel parts on each side of the shelf to secure it to the walls inside. There were hooks to place on the walls to hang tools from. We moved the sheds into place, as I changed my mind when the doors were difficult to open, where I originally wanted them No complaints from him. He worked straight through in the hot sun. “Adam is a local Kailua boy through and through. His fees were reasonable. He and his crew worked hard and did a great job. I trusted him enough to give him keys to my place, to lock up, and be responsible. Had no issues. He worked with me and my crazy schedule to get everything done.
Besides painting, he was also able to patch drywall, do some minor handyman repairs, and hook me up with a good electrician and person to fix our fence.

One suggestion I’d make, is to be clear on what your work schedule expectations are before you start. To ensure things get done in a timely manner. I would gladly work with Adam again.“
