Aloha, I had paid for a total of 3 services to include tip for the first one. While one service was accomplished, the other two have not been addressed. I asked for a refund to which I am told I will not get a refund for the two remaining services due to a dispute with time. The owner fails to accept or acknowledge faults and continues to pass the blame on me. She never followed up with me and kept me money without a service which is considered theft. Best of luck to whoever is trying to get services.
