I purchased a Security Screen Door 3 years ago. Recently the lock started sticking and after visiting John Hobus, it was arranged to have their maintenance person, Kai, come and look at it. It was determined that the lock needed to be replaced. I made the appointment and made payment with Monica, and Kai returned on the arranged date and time and replace the lock in a matter of minutes. Excellent company and excellent staff.
