Very friendly and punctual staff. They were able to arrange payment with my landlord and schedule an appointment for 2 units in my building to be serviced. Came within the scheduled time and completed everything in a timely manner. Checked on 2 toilets, repaired 1 and snaked 1 shower drain. Kalani was very personal able.
