Selecting Signature Home Inspections Hawaii - Trev was the best choice we made, EVER. Went into Escrow on a home that looked solid, but just "tired". We thought it just needed some updated fixtures and personality. We thought the home showed promising potential with a little TLC. Not my first Home, have bought several before. But something told me to hire an inspector just in case. Well, its a good thing we listened to our intuition. After Trev completed his inspection, there was some major concerns he pointed out. From improper building, worn roof, improper drainage, efflorescence coming through the interior walls, and so on. Total estimated repairs was over $300K. And thats structural. Not even accounting for cosmetic repairs. Owners of the property were investors and did band aide repairs. An inexperienced home buyer probably would have never caught these things if they didn't hire a GOOD, Certified Inspector. This was not my first Rodeo, but I just felt that because this home was uniquely situated on a hill, best to call in an expert. NEVER WILL REGRET USING TREV. Definitely will use him again.
