Only NexGen gave me a quote, in writing, after I explained exactly what services and the size of my condo was.All others wanted to call to give me a call to give me a quote.I called NexGen and made an appointment for the following week. Technician showed up on time, explained how their company treats or do the services and asked me if I have questions. He answered all my questions and he was done in a timely manner.I've signed up for quarterly treatments.I recommend their services.
I have only ever used Nexgen and will probably never change. Every person I've ever had was kind, patient and willing to explain. The best experience was when I was pregnant and the person that came to assist was so thoughtful in explaining when my home would be safe for me to re-enter, how it would be safe once it dried, and even set up the fans in my home to assist with the drying process while I waited outside. The cost has always been reasonable to me, and once, my bug problem stayed even after the treatment. Nexgen was nice enough to come back and re-treat my home at no additional cost. Definitely my go to company for these services!
