The view from the hills in Kailua is lovely. He uses neutrally scented products, and not so much that I feel oily or tacky at the end of it.
Im not one who falls asleep during my massages. But his deliberate, focused, and relaxed pace lets me sink into muscle to the point where I almost nod off. His style is as centering as it is relaxing

One of the best massages I have ever gotten! I have a lot of back pain from herniated discs and muscle tension and after the massage I felt much better. Jay is very intuitive and could feel where I had tension/needed more work. He is also knowledgeable about how different muscles work together and after I described my pain he massaged some muscles in a different location that I didn’t realize were connected but they turned out to be quite sore and related to my original pain. He is also very receptive to feedback about pressure. Highly recommend!
