I was referred to Grim Reaper by a friend because I wasn't seeing the results I wanted from the pest control company I was having. I contacted on the weekend and had my call returned on Monday. It's a small company with a very personalized and professional experience. I was really impressed just by my phone conversation with the woman who scheduled my service. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs was able to schedule soon after my initial contact. Jonathan is the best! We have been using the Grim Reaper for years to eliminate pests such as cockroaches, wasps, and now rats. He is able to identify the problem, exterminate, and help with prevention. We have nothing but good things to say about the service we received and will continue to receive.
