While I was completing my taxes, my five year old desktop computer crashed and despite trying all recommended fixes, it would not reboot. I called David and brought the deceased computer to his repair shop. He QUICKLY examined the computer and confirmed that it wasn't worth reviving. He removed the hard drive and copied all of my files, photos, music, and videos to my portable hard drive and then assisted me remotely when my new computer refused to work with either of my printers. He talked me through the loading of a newly updated Windows 10 operating system which got me connected to both printers. David was prompt, highly communicative and skilled, and affordable. I highly recommend Cinematic Computer to anyone with a computer problem.
