Came in to pick my 6 shirts up. Not completed yet, but I guess after 4I was 40 minutes early for my 5pm pickup. ? Bait and switch, adds on "dirty collar fees" of $0.50 per shirt but also says cannot guarantee to get the dirt out of the collar. Not sure I'll be back.

This was not a good experience. Bestie was charged $42.00 for a simple patch job and cleaning and the patch was so messy I'm flabbergasted. He needed a quick patch done on a winter jacket as He gets ready to go visit family in New York. Obviously, it will be cold there which is why it was imperative that this is fixed soon. We are so disappointed with the results. Speechless. Okay, I'm updating this review a few weeks later. He was not able to take the jacket with him. The company called (after seeing my review, I assume) and asked him to bring the jacket back for them to fix it a second time. This was a nice gesture but it would have been much nicer if they just did...read full review

Got there on a Tuesday evening and wasn't greeted or ask what I was there for!? The lady helping me had no personality to help me. When telling her my plan for service she immediately cut me off and told me that's not how it's done here. Took the service anyways... Because I decided to call this morning and speak with the original lady named Debbie that was more then willing to help and get approved by Peggy to have santa suit cleaned by Friday....I'm so thankful ...thank you so much Debbie and Peggy... You will make this holiday season great and your service in is appreciated.
