I highly recommend Tomi. I came to her for a mommy and me cranial sacral session at 3 months postpartum. I didn’t know what the session would entail as it was my first time. The whole experience was so transformation for us both in processing the birth experience on an energetic level allowing our bodies to heal. The tension in my pelvis, hips, and low back disappeared immediately and a few weeks later I am still feeling great from the experience. Tomi is so gifted at cranial work! I’ve been several times and this last visit was so amazing! I called it a “brain break”. It felt so amazing to feel everything in my body settle and for my brain to just be quiet❤️?
